My name is Dennis Axer. I am a commercial, editorial, nature and event photographer in sunny Naples, Florida. My passion lies in the Everglades and Florida Keys as well as South West Florida Beaches. I think the word Lifestyle must have been invented here because this is where it's at.

Among many others, my past and current clients include Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Bentley  and Audi in the automotive industry, local Restaurants, Shoppes, Architects and many others. My work has been displayed and featured in many lifestyle magazines throughout.

American Alligator

One of approx 3.5 million Alligators in the Everglades. I like the light and posture. Some think Gucci or Prada, I just like to photograph them…

Shot with my Canon 1Ds Mark III and new Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 IS II and a 2x Extender at 400mm f/5.6 1/125 and ISO 250.

Everglades River Otter. Moving very fast but was curious enough to look for jut a split second checking me out.

Taken 34 feet away at f/6.3 at 1/160 and ISO 200. Lens was the 70-200 f/2.8. Shot at 185mm.
